How do I know which size will fit me best?

We design our gear to fit a wide range of body types. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page, which includes specific measurements for bust, waist, and hips to ensure the perfect fit for your workout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love your gear! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain sale items may be final sale.

How should I care for my POPFLEX® activewear?

To keep your pieces looking new, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can damage the technical fibers and elasticity.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide! Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.

When will my order ship?

Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
